FAST engineers teamed up with airflow specialists at RHS to develop a polymer intake manifold for rectangular port GM LS7 engines. Testing on a 500ci LSX engine with LS7 heads and a 102mm throttle body this manifold produced gains of 26 RWHP over the stock intake. The LSXR 102mm Intake Manifold features a three-piece modular design that allows easy disassembly and porting. Extensive testing led to a runner design that is longer and less restrictive and gives the user the ability to remove individual runners from the manifold for modification. Constructed from the same advanced polymer material as the LSX 92mm Intake Manifold, the LSXR offers a host of benefits over aluminum aftermarket intakes, including lighter weight, increased strength and improved heat dissipating characteristics. While the LSXR features a 102mm air inlet that is perfectly suited to a 102mm Throttle Body, it can also be used with stock or aftermarket 90mm or 92mm throttle bodies. Other features include integrated nitrous bungs and perfect bolt-on fitment that allows the use of factory accessories without modification or clearance concerns. Note: Fits all 2006-2013 LS7 Corvettes. FAST Intake manifolds require the use of FAST billet fuel rail or a factory LS3 fuel rail (Zip # PM-767) and LSX fuel injector adapters (Zip # PM-771) when installing on LS7 Corvettes to complete installation.
